What to Include in Your Support Request
To help us assist you quickly, please include:- A clear description of the issue or question
- Steps to reproduce (if applicable)
- Your team/organization name
- Screenshots or error messages (if relevant)
- The specific feature or page you’re having trouble with
Response Times
- Discord: Community-driven support, typically within a few hours during business hours
- Intercom: Direct support, typically within 24 hours on business days
