What to Include in Your Support Request

To help us assist you quickly, please include:
  • A clear description of the issue or question
  • Steps to reproduce (if applicable)
  • Your team/organization name
  • Screenshots or error messages (if relevant)
  • The specific feature or page you’re having trouble with

Response Times

  • Discord: Community-driven support, typically within a few hours during business hours
  • Intercom: Direct support, typically within 24 hours on business days
